slice offered prepaid cards to young Indians in their 20s, making credit more accessible. With 5 million+ users, slice became a unicorn and didn’t want to stop.

DLS powers 4x faster shipping
We designed and developed 600 components for iOS and Android to make UI development faster. We introduced theming to launch new products under the slice brand easily.
50+ features, each one easy to find
To add new products to the app, we created a framework for users to discover and adopt new products. The app became more powerful, without becoming harder to use.
Copy that’s clear and compliant
We rewrote app copy in a plainspoken voice while adhering to regulations. We created a playbook with 100+ examples to establish the bar for great UX copy for slice.

55% support tickets automated
We rewrote FAQs and designed a proactive chatbot to help users resolve queries without speaking to a support exec. Even as new products were added, support calls reduced.
